Tammy has been practising yoga for over 20 years, in all different styles of yoga. In May 2023 she qualified as a Yoga Alliance 200hrs Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher with Harmonise Training at Revitalise. In March 2024 she also completed an “Older Adults & Back Care” Teacher Training with Harmonise. Her ethos is to guide you to feeling good, in mind, body and spirit, always adding an element of fun to every class.
