Flow Yoga - All Levels - Thursdays 7.30am - 8.30am with Kelly The focus of Wake Up Flow is beginning the day as you wish to go on: setting-up to have the most incredible day ahead possible.We’ll begin with grounding breath work and intention setting, and then move through a strong vinyasa flow practice often themed around the lunar cycle. Building heat in the body to increase strength and flexibility, while also allowing us to clear out negative energy and to release tension in the body and mind. Closing with a restorative Savasana with essential oils will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Most importantly, rising with the sun to practise yoga teaches us to recognise our resilience and increases self-belief. We move off the mat and into the day feeling focused, empowered and the magic that we are.Please arrive on time to class as we close the door at 7.30am
