Join me for an alternative Friday Night to unwind after a long work week + down regulate your nervous system. This practice is based on the ground. There is little to no standing. We’ll soften into deep relaxation, through breathwork, mudra, + meditation. We’ll explore acupressure + long held postures supported by props, so you can release layers of tension + encourage your fascia to reorganise itself. Yin is a great practice to strengthening the joints + reducing stiffness in the connective tissue.
At the end of the class you’ll lay back into Savasana (closing relaxation) + bathe in the healing vibration of the soundbath.
You’ll leave the class feeling rested + restored. Ready for a deep night’s sleep.
