This Hatha Yoga class is an 'All Levels' class. There is a focus on alignment, strength and flexibility. Props like belts, blankets, chairs, blocks and walls are used regularly. Expect a soulful approach with meditation & breathwork woven into the practice. No matter what your level is, this class aims to elevate your practice. We often pick an asana and study it breaking it to parts and putting it together at the end. We start by preparing the body and progress towards it.
