Justine teaches an Embodied Flow Yoga practice encouraging the student to be curious, focus on sensory experience and learn to move with the body rather than against it. Justine invites you to step on the mat on a Friday evening to let go of the week and so you can leave ready to embark on the weekend. Justine’s embodied practice focuses on sensation rather than the ‘perfect’ pose as there is no perfect in yoga. By letting go of the need to create a perfect shape, the student can then focus on finding that connection between mind and body. All levels welcome. Limited to 8 spaces.
