Enjoy a 45 min barre class followed by a 15 min stretch to finish off your week. With a holistic approach to barre fitness, this class uses ballet inspired techniques, mobility and body weight resistance for a full body, low impact workout. This 'joint friendly' class will take into account any injuries or niggles you may have, and ensure you still enjoy that barre burn. You must be on time for this class as we close the door at the class start time.
