Barre combines elements of Ballet, Pilates and Cardio. It is a dynamic, fun workout that helps to improve your posture. We use small controlled isometric movements to help build a strong lean body.
It is a fun and active class, bringing you a lot of energy to continue your day!
This class is not suitable if you are experiencing any problems with your knees.
