A space to truly rest as the week is coming to a close. Restorative yoga involves poses held for 2-5 minutes for a gentle stretch. Props are our pals in this class and there is lots of bolster time! Multiple options are provided for a more individualised and embodiment practice. Encompassing mindful breathing and meditation with a focus on using the breath as a tool both on and off the mat! This class is a friendly space to connect without judgement and a chance to be quiet and still in the rapid world with a guaranteed long Savasana. The aim is to leave you feeling rested and calmer with tools such as mindfulness, breathing techniques and self-compassion for daily life!
