The class will begin with a gentle, warming, heart opening Yang practice allowing prana to flow within the body as we encourage strength and flexibility targeting the muscles. We will then transition into the cooling stillness of a Yin practice to help achieve a balanced state. Yin yoga emphasises on long, passive holds to help target connective tissue, joints and ligaments while helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body.A little bit of everything – strengthening, stretching, balancing, breathing and meditating.
