Open level class My morning flow classes are a balance of finding depth and sensation in some slower postures, as well as bringing attention to breath and finding some fun flow during some dynamic moments. We will move through a vinyasa style sequence taking time to explore stillness when appropriate. Each class will involve mindful, playful, slow movements, with creative transitions to keep you on your toes.
