Welcome in the weekend with this strengthening and balancing Hatha Yoga class.Suzanne will guide you through some relaxation and grounding techniques to help you to journey inwards, with some breathwork and gentle mobilisation to ease into your body.Moving at a slow, mindful pace, this class will explore some of the postures that can help to calm and soothe your mind and spirit, helping to nurture a deeper connection to your body and breath.This gentle class will also support and promote flexibility, focus, balance and strength as we move through each posture and explore the physical sensations of the poses.Suitable for all levels, as modifications and alternatives will be offered.Suzanne is a Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher and a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.Her classes have an emphasis on self-acceptance and self-compassion, listening to your body and settling the nervous system.
