We will be going through a modified version of Ashtanga, primary series. The structure of the class is always the same and a few challenges will be added weekly. It is a chance to do something for you before you get caught in your busy day. Athina leads yoga flows, with attention to alignment and the breath. You will be encouraged to stay mindful and present throughout your practice - without forcing things, allowing them to happen.
Come to find what feels good in your unique body. With each inhale you can create space and with every exhale you can allow your experience to deepen. Challenge your body and mind and enjoy this wonderful start to your day.
