Must Yoga be hard work to be valuable? Is stetching good for us, or is it a route to injury? What yoga is useful if we want to improve our everyday movement and deal with stress? How can we incorporate mindfulness into Yoga?
This weekly class at Unit 4 will enable us to explore these questions through Yoga. Expect a good rounded Asana practice and an interesting journey of discovery.

Anil Rawal's teaching is influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli as well as teachers Gary Carter, Peter Blackaby and Catherine Annis. He trained on the London Yoga Teacher Training Course with Chloe Fremantle and Anne-Marie Zulkahari, and is a teacher member of the British Wheel of Yoga.
