BOX Fitness - Boxercise moves in a fun and effective fat burning workout. Focus on technique and intensity to improve cardio fitness
HIIT Fitness - High Intensity interval training. Incorporating fast full body movement to maximise your heart rate. Punch, jump, move. Expect a circuit class to sculpt the body and shred unwanted fat.
Sculpt Fitness - Mixing resistance and cardio. Aiming to build and tone specific muscle groups in a high intensity group work out.
