These courses focus on a different theme every month (running as four week courses), and as we begin a new year we use this time to sow new seeds for the year ahead, focusing on positive intentions in our meditative yoga practice.

So switch off external distractions, disconnect technology to create spaciousness in the mind and body, leading to a sense of stillness and tranquility – the body’s natural state of being.

Enjoy extremely relaxing and rejuvenating evening sessions to stimulate the senses with aromatherapy and a candlelit ambiance.

Sessions include pranayama practices to send oxygen to the brain and quieten the mind along with short meditations, positive affirmations, mudras and mantras, and a 20 minute guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to replenish on every level.

Reduce stress-related conditions, enjoy feeling blissfully balanced, centred, relaxed and ‘in the moment’ as you access the “Still-point”, that calm, quiet place within – the Bliss layer.
