This is a block of twelve one-to-one 60 minute sessions that are geared towards your goal and can be done in your home or local park. Each session is tailor-made specifically for you and is optimised to get you the results you want efficiently. It will be at a time that suits you. However, please bear in mind that I work on a first come first served basis - personal training slots are available from 7am - 9pm Monday to Saturday. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule so remember to book in as soon as you sign up.
