This is a block of twelve 60 minute sessions for a group of 2 - 4 people. Each session is tailor-made specifically for your group and is optimised the results you want efficiently. It will be at a time that suits your group and can be done in your home or local park. However, please bear in mind that I work on a first come first served basis - personal training slots are available from 7am - 9pm Monday to Saturday. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule so remember to book in as soon as you sign up.
