This is a flexibility class for beginners. We go through a variety of basic poses with the aim of increasing flexibility in the muscles and joints. You do not need to have any experience in stretching at all - everybody is welcome. This class is beneficial if you sit down all day or exercise often as regular flexibility training helps towards better postural alignment, injury prevention and better movement mechanics. In some cases, it can alleviate aches and pains caused by tightness. All you need is an exercise mat but can also use a blanket or towel if you don't have one.
For now, the class will be held over ZOOM due to the Coronavirus pandemic but I will be looking to host sessions in person in Brighton in the future (and in accordance with government guidelines). You have the option of not turning on your camera as you can just follow along with Jordan.
