Rocket® 2 is a challenging and invigorating sequence, and is what The Rocket's all about, "getting you there faster". The routine develops upper-body strength (arms, chest, upper-back) and emphasises the opening of the lower (lumbar) back and the upper (thoracic) back of the body through a variety of back-bending asanas. Rocket 2 is grounded in the classical Secondary Ashtanga Series and provides the opportunity for the practitioner to feel light, open, strong and invigorated.
Although challenging, with consistency of effort and staying connected to your breath and bandha's, this sequence will become deeply empowering, transformative and healing. Some experience recommended.
