Rocket® 1 is known as 'The Feel-Good sequence' and establishes a strong foundation for the week. The routine develops stamina and emphasises balance, increasing the strength of the legs, the range of the hip rotation, and the opening of the lower back.
Anchored in the classical Full Primary Ashtanga sequence, Rocket 1 evolves to integrate elements of cross-training, including Circus & Pilates, enabling us to build towards a relaxed, fun and creative inversion practice.
