Each class will take you through a different kriya (postures) for specific parts of the body and brain.We will focus on breath work, relaxing the mind whilst simultaneously invigorating the body, giving you the tools to find ways of energising the body, mind & soul.To finish off every class you will be guided through a relaxing gong journey releasing any trapped energy within the body.Kundalini yoga focuses on the internal structure of the body bringing awareness to everything we do in life.
