I rotate the playlist every week and regularly introduce new routines to keep the sessions fresh, interesting and exhilarating. Time flies at a Zumba Fitness class, as you lose yourself in the music. My venues have a stage, so that you can see and follow me easily. I also use disco lights for a "nightclub" atmosphere.
All are welcome regardless of ability and current fitness level.
