I rotate the playlist every week and regularly introduce new routines to keep the sessions fresh, interesting and exhilarating. Time flies at a Zumba® Fitness class, as you lose yourself in the music. It's exercise in disguise as a dance party.
EVERYONE is welcome regardless of dance ability, current fitness level, age, etc.
