Hi, My name is Andy Payne. I run Three Pillars of Fitness Personal Training Brighton. I love working with clients to create an enjoyable and empowering experience of Fitness, I love to see your progression, becoming stronger fitter and more confident whilst having fun.
I have my own story of weight loss having lost over 8 stone myself, because of this I am able to offer assistance with motivation and habit coaching, helping to create sustainable change.
My class timetable is exceptionally varied and includes: Mum's fitness/ Post natal classes, Trigger Point Pilate's, Body conditioning and Box HIIT.
