I aim to help you achieve your health, fitness and athletic goals by combining my unique skillset as a Sports Therapist BSc (Hons) and Certified Yoga Teacher. By fusing the Eastern discipline of Yoga with Western Science, I use my knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology and understanding of the limitations of the average body & athletic body to overcome barriers to health, fitness and well-being.
I teach Yoga for specialist groups including: Runners, Beginners, The Ageing Community, Injury Rehabilitation, Managing Chronic Pain, Athletes
I have developed a Runners Yoga programme specifically designed and adapted for runners to improve performance and address the specific problems runners face; keeping you running strong and injury free.
