Somatics Yoga is a very nurturing practice that is both gentle and therapeutic. Movement is executed with awareness whilst working mindfully with the breath. This holistic approach can help calm the body's fight or flight response by releasing tension stored in the body.
It promotes the balance of emotional and mental traumas in the body, as well as encouraging chronically tight muscles to let go.
Pranyama (breath work) and meditation included.
