We are a fun functional fitness outdoor training session!
We love circuits/HIIT and strength training using kettlebells, TRX, med balls, barbells and bodyweight.
We mix in cardio and strength training to give you a superb metcon workout with stretches after and a warm up to start!
All our sessions are fully scalable so cater for all fitness levels....you don't have to be 'mega' fit to join in and you will be surprised how quickly you become faster, stronger and fitter!
We are a very friendly bunch so come down and see what we are all about! Fitbods is Sara Cahill & Karen Noakes, both Level 3 personal trainers. We met at Crossfit 3 years ago and become gym buddies and now we love to train people...it makes us happy.....!
Fitbods meet by the pull up bars in Wish Park, Saxon Road end, Hove on Wednesday mornings and by the running track, Wish Road on Thursday evenings.
