This beginner's class is based on developing the physical strength and flexibility needed to execute simple acrobatic movements. No experience is required, each class will be tailored to suit your level.
You'll start with a warm up, progressing to mobility and conditioning exercises/movements. The class will focus mainly on handstand, cartwheel, and backbend techniques. For individuals that are already capable of these more basic movements, more challenging variations will be explored.
N.B. This is not a static hand balance class.
