To avoid disruptions please be sure to arrive at least 5mins before the class start time & let us know in advance if you are going to be late. If you are late and do not notify us, we can not guarantee your space in the class.
Ashtanga is a highly structured, Vinyasa-style yoga class, flowing from asana to asana, syncing breath with movement. Dynamic and athletic, this practise is a set sequence with six series or levels with a focus on energy & breath. Great for building strength and flexibility whilst also promoting mental clarity & inner peace.
Not suitable for complete beginners but if you've been practising yoga for a while and are looking for a new challenge, then Ashtanga might just be for you!
If you're new to the practise we recommended trying out our Warm Vinyasa class first, Mondays at 6pm!
