In Hatha Flow Yoga we link movement with breath to strengthen and restore the body. Hatha yoga is suitable for yogis starting out on their journey as well as those with some experience.
Sessions begin with a gentle warm up, then flow through standing postures, taking time to find variations and adaptions that suit our own individual needs.
We always finish with deeper stretches and a guided relaxation. Take time out of the day for yourself to condition your body, improve strength, muscle tone, core stability and calm the mind.
