Strong Vinyasa Yoga sessions are dynamic and challenging, a style enjoyed by men and women. When we flow through postures linking movement and breath, we improve strength and active flexibility.
Be prepared to work up a sweat during the 75 minutes as we condition the body in cardio, core strength, balance sequences and finish with a guided relaxation. Strong Vinyasa yoga improves functional flexibility and compliments an active lifestyle by increasing the strength of the smaller stabilising muscles which can get left behind in weight and HIIT training or sports.
Strong Vinyasa Yoga sessions are a great way to maintain fitness during the off season, support injury recovery, assist in injury prevention and reduce levels of stress in the body, making us better able to achieve performance goals.

In Hatha Flow Yoga we link movement with breath to strengthen and restore the body. Hatha yoga is suitable for yogis starting out on their journey as well as those with some experience.
Sessions begin with a gentle warm up, then flow through standing postures, taking time to find variations and adaptions that suit our own individual needs.
We always finish with deeper stretches and a guided relaxation. Take time out of the day for yourself to condition your body, improve strength, muscle tone, core stability and calm the mind.
