Acroyoga is a physical practice combining yoga with acrobatics - where we balance on friends - suitable for EVERYONE. The 90 minute class will include a warm-up, a handstand practice, some poses and working towards transitions and a therapeutic cool down. We will work in groups of 3 or 4: rotating as flyer, base and spotter. The benefits are wide and varied, including building and increasing levels of trust, communication, strength, openness and playfulness. Laughter and a good workout guaranteed!
