Our classes are led by Sue Vila, a mother who has many years experience as a group fitness instructor including Kettlebells, Zumba and Circuit training. What can I expect? Walk in to any Brighton Kettlebelles class and can expect to see women of all ages, shapes and sizes, all training as a group. Classes are fun, varied, exciting and highly motivational.
