A flowing sequence of Pilates exercises delivered with a contemporary twist combining the resistance ring (magic circle) and myofascial massage balls. Mixed level but modifications and progressions can be provided.
Online clients will need a mat (or towel if you like, and magic circle (resistance ring) plus 2 balls (tennis-sized) can be substituted for two textured spiky balls. These will be used for a self-massage component to lengthen restricted tissue.
