Recognising the synergy of muscles and fascia (our largest sensory organ) Amanda merges Contemporary Pilates styles, including Menezes Method (Aussie Pilates) with fascia-focused training. These exercises strengthen in all kinds of ways: active and relaxed lengthening with consciously releasing muscles. The movements are multidirectional and the results are boundless.
Now available Thursdays too! Amanda will offer a slightly different mix of movement on Thursday and Friday each week in case anyone is able to attend both. Mixed level.
