A nourishing yoga practice exploring yoga postures (some restorative, some stronger), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation with yoga philosophy woven throughout. Practising outdoors brings the added depths of practicing within nature and grounding on the earth.
Tammy’s approach is inclusive, friendly and playful, with an intention for students to leave the class feeling lighter in body and mind, and for this to resonate throughout their daily lives. This class is suitable for everybody, no experience necessary.
