DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA:
Based in ashtanga vinyasa yoga, dynamic flow links postures together, flowing with the breath. Building stamina, strength and flexibility, whilst maintaining heat in the body.
A typical class will start with sun salutations, and then move through a standing sequence, some seated poses before floor work and the final relaxation. Heat is maintained by a `vinyasa` or half a sun salutation in between sets of poses.
Every class includes physical postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation.
An open-level class, the use of modifications means that this class, whilst strong, is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis.
All poses can be modified for beginners or more experienced yogis.
All equipment is provided (mat, belt, bolster, block, etc) - just bring yourself!
