Slow flow yoga is a form of vinyasa flow, where the movement is synchronised with the breath but less dynamic. That doesn't necessarily mean a gentle easy class - sometimes it's harder to move more slowly!
Slow flow yoga is a way of creating space, of really being present, of just 'being' (rather than 'doing'). There is an emphasis on mindful movement and grounding, of moving into stillness.
All poses can be modified for beginners or more experienced yogis. Each class includes physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and relaxation.
All equipment is provided (mat, belt, bolster, block, etc) - just bring yourself!
