Tai Chi is a martial art practiced for both it’s defence and it’s health benefits. it is especially known for it being practiced with relatively slow movements making this class accessible to everyone.
The practice offers a big focus on softening and relaxing the body to improve health and relaxation - a necessary precursor to learning higher levels of the art. The session is led by Kevin Bryant with over 20 years study of the Yeung Family Tai Chi. He has studied with some of the modern greats of Yeung Family Tai Chi.
