Yin Yoga is a quiet, gentle and powerful path, leading deep into & opening the physical and emotional bodies. We stimulate the energetic Meridian system of the body, open our deep connective tissues, and transform old patterns of physical and emotional holding. The practice consists of deep, gentle and opening sequences of asanas or postures, held on the floor for anything from 3-5 minutes. We follow the healing power of the breath, seeking to infuse the practice with an intention of self-acceptance, kindness and creativity. All levels welcome!
