This class is designed to support the release of mental and physical tension, regulate the nervous system, and encourage a sense of spaciousness and wellbeing. Sessions integrate yin and restorative yoga postures, gentle breathing exercises, mindfulness, and self-compassion.We move through a series of longer-held, floor-based postures, using blankets and bolsters for comfort and support. The slow pace offers an opportunity to be present with our internal landscape — to rest, soften, and regenerate.All bodies and genders are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.A lifelong student of movement and meditation, Laura has been teaching yoga, somatic movement, and mindfulness for over a decade. She has worked with individuals, studios, and organisations across the UK and internationally.
