Start your Sunday with an strong, energising, joyful practice.We start gently with reclined or seated postures to settle into pranayama and meditation, integrating mind and body. We slowly progress into the dynamic, flow style sequence, using the integration of breathe and body to move meditatively from one powerful posture to the next. We create strength & flexibility for the body, focus & concentration for the mind, peace and tranquility for heart and soul.Once the body is warm and supple we are ready to glide into the slow, held postures of the yin sequence. The 8 limbs of yoga are woven into this practice, with encouragement to integrate them into daily life.The intensity of the practice is a personal choice. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and develop agency & autonomy. You will be guided to explore each asana safely. Some experience of asana, yoga postures, is recommended as this is an intermediate level class. You will not be physically adjusted but verbal guidance will be given.Come ready to move, breathe and relax.Leave feeling energised and realigned.
