The practice emphasizes strength, flexibility, andbreathwork, with a focus on building endurance through a series of flowing poses. Unliketraditional Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga is known for being more adaptable, allowing practitionersto modify sequences to suit their individual needs. It's often described as a more playful, energetic, and creative approach to yoga. The class starts with sun salutations, followed by a standing and seated sequences includingoptional arm balances like handstands and closes with pranayama practice. Modifications forposes are offered and actively encouraged making class accessible to all. This class is lead by Rebekka Kesberg. A passionate yogi, she says "for me, Rocket Yoga is the perfect way to get out of my head, embrace playfulness, and connect mind and body! After my first class, I felt both energized and calm. I was immediately hooked, not just by the physicalpractice, but also by the deeper, more spiritual side of yoga. To deepen my practice and share my love for Rocket Yoga, I completed my Ashtanga Yoga and Rocket Training, followed by Yinand Restorative Training."
