This is a practice designed to release tension in the body and to facilitate vibrant health through a traditional integration of asana, pranayama, resting poses and meditation. Every week you will be given tools for balance and alignment of the mind and body. Through a weaving of this classical approach and guided meditation a space will be created with the opportunity to step into deep relaxation, at your wish.
