This low cost class (£5), brings the LGBTQIA+ community together in a safe and inclusive environment. The class has accessibility at the heart and is adaptable to the people and needs that arrive on the day, which means each class will vary from week to week, which may include: postures, movement, breath, stillness, meditation, and rest. Lou's approach to teaching centres self-consent, play, expression, ease, and comfort.This class is body and fat positive, neurodiverse and unapologetically queer! People of all backgrounds, abilities and identities are welcome - but the practice will usually involve getting up and down from the floor unaided.Teacher bio:Lou Thomas (they/them) is a yoga teacher, embodiment specialist and creative arts facilitator, who helps people connect with their bodies, themselves and their communities. Their work sits at the intersection between well-being and social activism, and focuses on LGBTQIA+ community building.
