This is low cost (£5) community class, ushers you into the end of the week with gentle movement, deep stretches, and intentional rest. Expect to finish the class feeling closer to your breath, more aware of your body, and with practices to support you to regulate your body’s energy. This class encourages you to move in each posture to find the shape or experience that feels right for you. This class does not require any previous yoga knowledge, experience or flexibility.Lisa draws on her experience as a Yoga Therapist and classical Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga teacher, tailoring yoga for individual and group wellbeing. Lisa has worked for 15 years in the charity sector and is committed to running yoga classes that are priced fairly and facilitated in an inclusive, welcoming way.
