Tai Chi: This is a medium length set of tai chi movements, and is open for anyone to try out.
Qigong: We also do a set of Health Qigong exercises which help to: Strengthen the immune system Increase energy De-stress Improve balance Improve coordination Work on your posture.
Generally after a class, you will feel more energised, more relaxed, and better able to deal with the day.
