Emma’s popular Pregnancy Yoga classes run every Wednesday evening and are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Classes take place on Wednesday evening 7.00 - 8.30pm
Emma focuses on bonding with your baby, relaxation, stress reduction and sleep, as well as plenty of active yoga to prepare you and your baby for the birth.
Come and join her friendly classes and meet other mums preparing for the arrival of their babies.
Pregnancy yoga is great for:

Alleviating pain during labour and childbirth
Relieving common minor ailments during pregnancy
Bonding with your unborn baby
You don’t need any prior experience of yoga to benefit from it – just come along! All stages of pregnancy are welcome from 12 – 42 weeks.
Our classes are small and provide a valuable, quiet space in which to form a bond with your unborn child, prepare for birth and meet other mums.
With Emma’s background in breathing you’ll learn breathing techniques that help throughout pregnancy, labour and birth. You’ll also experience the deep, relaxing power of yoga nidra (yoga sleep) at the end of each class and then go home fortified with tea and homemade cake!
You do not need any equipment for our pregnancy yoga class and do not need to pre-book although it is best to let Emma know you are coming so she can let you know about car parking.
