This class will blend Yoga and Pilates. There is a big focus on core training and spine mobility, so you might notice improved posture, and Yogalates can help with building a more resilient body to compliment other training and rehab from injury. Although challenging at times (think holidng a plank), this class is taugh slowly and mindfullly, and incorporates many aspects of Yoga and a long relaxation. This class is live streamed via Zoom.
