In this class, we combine Pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Develop your core strength and stabilisation through Pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.
We have decided to partner with a company called FitGrid to coordinate our live streamed classes on Zoom. For you it is essentially just a change to when and where you receive your emailed Zoom link from. Set your email account so that messages from '[email protected]' always arrive in your inbox, and are not marked as spam. (Here's a guide for how to do this in Gmail. Also try adding '[email protected]' to your contacts if you have any issues). For all 'Live Streamed' classes you'll receive a confirmation email from FitGrid soon after signing up. 60 minutes before the class start time you’ll receive another email from FitGrid with a unique link to access the live streamed class on Zoom. This is the same as now, but it will not come from a Yoga Bodhi email address. There will no longer a link attached to Move Gb.
