LotteBerk All levels Class: The amazing antidote to workout boredom. Designed to achieve a lean, supple and toned body, the LotteBerk exercises will help you improve your curves. Created over 60 years ago by a German dancer – Lotte Berk. The moves are based on modern dance, yoga and physiotherapy. The classes will improve your body shape, strength and stamina and are for women and men of mixed abilities. They are run in small groups and are open to anyone over 16.Classes: Each class lasts 55 minutes. The exercises are strenuous without being aerobic and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace to achieve specific results. You start with warm-up exercises and continue through a comprehensive range of moves which are mobilising, stretching and use all muscle areas thoroughly.
