Join us the YMCA for this monthly hour and a half class that gives an hour of Yin Yoga where gentle yoga positions are held for a longer period of time allowing you to really release and relax into them with the help of bolsters, blankets and supports. Then the last half hour of the class will be a delicious guided meditation and relaxation with an autumnal theme.
